Doing a doctor depo.  He was talking about testing for radiculopathy.  He mentioned FABERE and what sounds like Alascar manuevers???  I don't know if Alascar is an acronym or what.  This doctor could not have mumbled any more if he had tried.  Anybody have a clue?  Uggghh.  Appreciate any help.  Thanks,

I get a phone number and/or email from every witness.  And I don't hesitate to ask.  Googling Alascar manuevers turns up zero.  There's no guessing and how much research are we really going to do?  Call the office and get his email and send the witness the Q and the A and let him fill it in.  Not your fault.

Could your Alascar be sacroiliac?

See here, No. 5:  Valsalva Maneuver

Thanks for the replies.  I've done a lot of orthopedic doctor depos, and I am familiar with Valsalva, Spurling, a myriad of other tests and manuevers.  That's why I'm a little baffled here.  I'm wondering if the maneuver refers to someone's last name, but I just can't seem to figure it out.  But the feedback is great, everyone.  Thank you for taking the time.

Believe it or not:  Anghelescu's,  Inability to bend the spine while on back..
