RECEIVING COMMENTS ON DIFFERENT FORUMS...

Hello,

I know this might be self-explanatory to most, but just wanted to make sure. I changed my e-mail address and when I join a forum and want to receive comments that people make on that particular forum, what comment needs to be on the page "Stop Following" or "Follow"? I'm not sure when you when you click on "Follow" if that's saying you're going to follow or if it's just the opposite. Any input would be appreciated!!
