<p>THAEFR I have in my dict for 'that he ever' but I doubt I've ever used it. For some reason, I have never been able to get into the habit of briefing phrases with pronouns. I don't know why but it just won't come to me. Other than "I don't remember" and "I don't know" of course.</p>
