I can help with the years in the 2000s for one-strokers.
2001 - twon
2002 - twoz
2003 - twaoe
2004 - twour
2005 - twaoif
2006 - twix
2007 - twef

2010 = TWO*EN

2011 = TWOEFPB

2012 = TWOEFL

You can add an asterisk to those last two if they are a conflict.

I need some ideas on how to write the years, 2010, 2011, 2012. . . . in a one stroke. I can use the number bar or words. I do both w/ my numbers.
Thx,
Janiece

Okay, folks, I've been getting too many complaints that you're not using the suffix endings properly. A few examples are (and this was published in NCRA summer 2008 by yours truly) TKPW LG for the "ingly" ending, such as: surprisingly = SPRAOEUZ/TKPW LG Here's a doozy: excruciatingly = SKRAOURBT/TKPW LG and one more amusingly = MAOUZ/TKPW LG Okay, I think you all have the pattern down pat. Yes, I don't play around when it comes to finding shortcuts; remember, one must be very resourceful to be a court reporter; if not that, then at least be left-handed.
