Anyone familiar with writing into Word using CC? Sounds like it should be simple but I am unable to connect the two together. I'm working with Judicial Advisory Committee meetings and they would like them in Word. I'd like to be able to write into Word rather than go through exporting an RTF.

I'm trying to add an image, specifically a photo of the deponent. I'm going to format, then headers & footers where the Image box is located. I then click on the Image box and find my image, which is a JPEG. I then open it and up pops the image placement and size box. I put in the properties I want, click ok and then apply. It seems to want to continually pop up on every single page of the transcript even though I have specifically clicked for it to be on only "this page." I am absolutely befuddled.

If anybody has any insight into this, like a crucial step I am missing, I would appreciate it very much.

Is anyone else not able to include underlines when sending an ASCII file? It works with PDF. Catalyst support says they can't help.

Can someone help me out with what format or entry I may put in my dictionary that would enable me to add a space when writing in realtime? For example, I need to write NBA space MVP. When I write it comes out altogether as NBAMVP, or I can throw in a comma to separate it. Thank you.

I've finally figured out how to copy over my audio from Case to Express Scribe, and now I have the best of both worlds. I can use my foot pedal with ES to scope with, and when I need to spot check certain areas, I just play back the sound in Case.

I got really used to using the foot pedal with medical transcription, and I was disappointed that it wouldn't work with CC. But where there's a will, there's a way, right?

Anyone else have any tips and tricks on audio playback?

I hope I explain this right, but I am looking for the code I am missing in my dictionary that enables my letters to come out correctly when I am finger spelling and keeping my letters together; i.e., ABC, not A and then a space, or when MRI comes up, it turns out MR and a space, the I connected to the next word. I know I could make a brief for that, but what am I missing in my dictionary? Thank you for any help.
