Trina, dont over-workout.
dont run, dont lift weights.. just simply do 1 hour of cardio on a machine you like (I like the skiing thingy) and make sure you do 1 hour (600-700) calories.
Do not do any machine you find uncomfortable for what ever reason.

Jeanese, no. you must have +1300 to 1600 calories at the end of the day or you will get sick, and prolly collapse.

Losing weight takes time especially if you wanna do it right. unless you can afford liposuction.

to clarify the math.

you eat 1900 - you burn 700 calories =+1200 at the end of the day(you go to sleep)
Thats a loss of -400 calories a day.
which is -2800 a week
which is also -11200 a month
11200 divided by 3500 (1 pound = -3500 calories) = 3.2 pounds of actual fat.. none of that atkins crap that is mostly water.

IS that clear.. sorry.. I just realized it was a bit confusing

TRina, your group picture is not fitting correctly, you want me to fix it?

Nooooo, no diet pill please. they dont work and could be very dangerous to your health.
There is only one way to lose weight and be fit and the sooner you accept it the sooner you will reach that goal and that way is eating right and exercising at least 5 days a week, period.

I am really good at this and I have used simple mathematics to lose lots of weight.
to lose weight you need to understand 2 things, if you don't I am afraid it will be very hard to lose those extra pounds.
I was 235, now I am 165 and working my way to 155 (which is my ideal weight for my height 6'0 and my body mass)

1- You must understand and face the fact that you have to eat right.
2- you must face the fact that you will have to work out, period.

The math is very simple and it only requires 1 hour a day of your time.

1- you must end your day at no more and no less then 1200-1400 calories. Depending on height and body mass.
2- you MUST burn 700 calories by working out (generally an hour cardio)
3- at least 5 days a week, 7 days a week even better. (your not lifting weights, your just doing light cardio)
4- no running especially if you are over 25 years old, running is really bad on your knees and is unnecessary. you can burn more calories and faster using the stair master or one of those ski like motion machines (dont know their names)

you eat 1800 to 2000 calories which is a lot of food if you eat the right stuff.. for example.
you can eat 2 foot longs a day from subway and a light dinner and still lose weight.
so count like this.

1900 - 700 =1200
thats -400 calories a day.
thats -2800
thats -11200 a month
11200 / 3500 (3500 calories burn = 1 pound of pure fat) = 3.2 pounds of actual fat.. none of that atkins crap that is mostly water.

Its hard the first week but belive me.. its truly the only healthy way.

You dont want to be a "thin fat" person.
Good luck and lets encourage ourselves on this group.
am here if anyone wants to join my method and maybe compare results?
