You're a busy person with a lot on your plate. In the time it would take you to proofread the same transcript you've already gone cross-eyed looking at, you could be out there taking more jobs and making more money. (Or relaxing with a glass of wine. Whatever floats your boat.) So if you could make your free time go further without sacrificing quality, why wouldn't you?

Take back your free time. Let's be teammates.

You can email me at or visit my website for more information. I look forward to working with you soon!

Hi everyone! I'm Monnie, and I would love the privilege of helping you make your transcripts as polished as possible. I am a PDF proofreader with a keen eye for detail, and I understand that you need someone you can trust to do excellent work within a deadline. This excellence in a timely manner and with as little inconvenience as possible to you is my ultimate goal as your proofreader.

Ideally, I would love to meet court reporters with whom I can build a long-lasting working relationship because one of my favorite aspects of this job is learning the different preferences and styles of each reporter. But I do accept one-off jobs as well because there's always a great sense of accomplishment in a job well done, especially when a reporter is in need of emergency help.

Please visit my website:  Keen Eye Proofreading Services  or email me at to learn more about me and my rates, including my special discounts for new clients.

Hi there,

You are a court reporter who is in need of a pair of hawk's eyes finding and correcting your errors. I am a proofreader who is looking to take on a few reporters and who has spent years writing and editing for national publications with great success. Clearly, we're perfect for each other!

I can turn around most jobs in 48 hours, but can turn them around faster if needed. If you're interested, please email and we can chat.

A one-time job or a regular proofreader -- I am available for both of these. I'm currently seeking new clients and would love to help you clean up your work. From me, you can expect reliability and someone who is willing to work as soon as you need it and whenever you send it. With the clients I've worked with I've learned that every court reporter has different quirks and ways of completing their transcripts. I can adapt to your individual needs (including the method of reading -- PDF, print, etc.) as well as suggest corrections that will improve your work.

Take back your free time! Contact me today at or check out my LinkedIn profile here. I have a Rates & Information sheet ready to send to you as well as a resume.

Talk to you soon!

My desk is clear and I am ready to add a couple of additional clients to my schedule.  I work full-time as a proofreader, so my focus is on my clients and the work they send me.   I have worked with court reporters for a number years, have a BA in English with a minor in linguistics, a broad vocabulary, and a passion for grammar and punctuation.

I work in .pdf format and have the ability to convert your documents, as needed, from .txt, .doc, or other formats.  In addition to depositions, hearings, and court proceedings, I also have experience with meeting minutes of various types.  I will read any type of case, regardless of content or subject.

I perform online research as a matter of course, and I insert sticky notes where my research results are more than a few words.

My regular AND expedited rates are reasonable, with no additional charges for weekends.  I am currently offering a special, introductory rate for first time clients.  Contact me for details!

** I am working on my schedule for the coming week, so if you have any upcoming jobs you'd like proofed, be sure to email me at to check availability.**

Why do you need a transcript proofreader? Between taking down a job, scoping it, proofing it, submitting it, and all the stuff in between (you know, eating and sleeping and being with family), it can be hard to get everything done. With me on your team, your time goes further without having to sacrifice what's important to you. Take back your free time. Let's be teammates.

You can email me at or visit my website, I look forward to hearing from you soon. Have a great day!

As a court reporter, you’re busy. Transcribing the spoken word in a legal proceeding is a lot of work. You are expected to hear all the mumbled and incoherent responses, understand terminology used in many different contexts, and make poor grammar readable – all while typing up to 250 words per minute! Under such circumstances, it’s easy to slip up here and there. Let me help you by catching those mistakes that are small but critical. When you’ve stared at your work for so long that all the words are blurring together, I can be your fresh set of eyes.

Every court reporter needs a proofreader they can rely on. That’s why I offer all prospective clients 25 pages free on the first transcript they send me and welcome constructive feedback. My goal is to do great work that you can trust stamping your name on.

Please go to to find out more about what I do, see my rates, peruse a sample of an annotated PDF, and get in touch with me.

Hello! My name is Diane. While I am one of many PDF proofreaders out there, I am the only one living on a quiet island in Lake Champlain with no distractions other than honking geese. I will give my full attention to your transcripts and return them quickly. Give me a try. The first 20 pages are on me!
