What's cool about this website is if you hit on the "Cover Depos" tab at the top of the page, a map will appear.  Behind every red dot there are freelance reporters that have joined those groups.  If you may need a job covered in, let's say, Reno, Nevada and don't want to give the job away to another agency, you hit on the Reno group, join the group first, which allows you the ability to send an email blast to the entire group.  Then you hit on the tab "Send Message To Group."

Your message about work will go out to all the freelance reporters in that group.  Don't forget your contact info.  This site is literally helping agencies cover their jobs in a matter of minutes, which saves you time and, of course, money.

There is a $49.95 once a year charge for the Bay Area group, LA group and New York.  The rest of the groups are free.  Good luck!!

Is this the Diane Smith I used to know in Southern California in Laguna Niguel and then you moved to Mission Viejo and we worked for Maxene Weinberg for a time?  Wasn't sure.
