Kellie -

Since you've been a member since 2012, why did you come back?  You wouldn't have had to pay the fee if you're getting the emails.  Reporters are supposed to pay and I'm redesigning the entire website so there is a minimal fee to reporters because they're making thousands of dollars on this website and paying zero.

It is showing the 20.00 fee to join the website.  There are 70 Cover Depo groups on this website, all of them free but the most popular, which is LA, Orange County, San Francisco, New York, Washington DC.  You don't have to be part of the Orange County group but if you are, there is an additional fee.
