Got it. Here's how do do it.
Tools/Macro/Record. Alt + S, M, M then hit the End key, then the delete key, then Alt + S, M, E and stop recording. name the macro and save it :)

for the DigitalCAT Phoenix Theory, they should have included that in the dictionaries that they send with the student version. They put all the dictionaries in there that they have from the different theories/schools/etc
