Any others with a Latte coffee addiction?

I only had my first Starbucks in NYC for the NCRA convention. Loved it; Vanilla Latte.
But could not spend the $$ for one, lol. Recently tho, I had a Creme Brulee Latte at a small,
local coffee shop and LOVE it! I am trying to keep it to once a week...figure is equal to a pack of
cigarettes a week? LOL! I also bought their Creme Brulee coffee and make it at home in my
latte maker DH got for me for my Birthday. Helps curb my craving, but not AS good as theirs!l
And I only do one large for the day of theirs, or two cups of mine. I don't have coffee past
2pm either, lol.

What other flavors are out there that I should try? This one is White Chocolate/Caramel.
Please share your coffee or other addiction!

"Hi. My name is Glen, and I'm addicted to various espresso-flavored drinks!"

My favorite Starbucks drink is the (no longer available) Chocolate Brownie Frappuccino. Alas, they discontinued that in favor of the Javachip Frappuccino.

Here in the Pacific North Wet, Starbuck's main competitor is Tully's. They have these milk shakes that are just THE BEST! espresso-based drinks I've ever had.

Of course, I can't let a thread on caffeine addiction without mentioning the "Cool Surprise" variation of the Cheap and Sleazy Mocha (see http://www.cheapandsleazy.net/cs_mocha.html)!

Of late, I've been leaving out all the other ingredients in the C&S Mocha and just eating the ice cream ... but that's a story for another thread!

Splurge: Grande, caramel machiato, nonfat, extra hot, upside down; or a mocha, nonfat, no whip.
Budget: Cafe misto, nonfat, extra hot; or an iced cafe con leche, nonfat -- depending on the mood & if I'm thinking "healthy" -- w/sugar-free "syrup." :)

Make mine a tall, haf-caf mocha with an extra shot, extra hot. Definitely whipped cream. I limit myself to one every two or three months or so. At home I have a one-cup french press and I use Peet's Sumatra mainly. Bittersweet chocolate on the side in the late afternoon. I need the help to keep working, dontcha know!

Oh! Extra hot?? I think they are hot enough, LOL! I like them 'drinkable'...

I got some peppermint creamer at Christmas and it was yummy!

Yeah, basically. Frothy foamy stuff on top that is yummy too! :)

Thanks Rhoda. So it's weaker than regular coffee and more tastey?

Okay, i just went to starbucks and got an almond mocha, but I was staring at the board wondering what a latte was. So, what is a latte?
Remember, there is no such thing as a stupid question.
