Yes, I just indicate it on the index page, specifically and literally the request by the attorney to mark, not what I "think" should be marked. For example:<br />

13 18<br />

It's not going to be lined up correctly here, but you get the idea. :)<br />

The page (13) and line number (18) refer to where the attorney said, "I want that marked."
