Nope.  You did not make a mistake.  I raised the rate a few months ago.  You, as a court reporter, pay the fee once.  Agencies pay it every month.  You just want to get email blasts to your smartphone.  I get agencies to pay every month because they have to go back to the LA Cover Depos group to send out another job offer, hence they have to pay again.  You don't.  You are not sending out job offers, only receiving them.
