Give me a call at 831 338-0635, and I'll try to answer any questions. Jason is the only one who can set your machine up. If you haven't had a talk with him while he takes over your computer, you really can't do anything. The FB group is called Infinity writer users. It's a closed group for owners of the Infinity only. If you request to join, I'll add you right away.
