In addition to my message....in regard to your "agency" question....I've never called myself an agency, just enjoy maintaining a few of my own clients, and I still do. It's a nice balance along with working with just one agency that I've built a great rapport with. I've found it's much more lucrative to give your loyalties to one place as opposed to completely freelancing. I do go to LA more than I'd like, but the quality of work really makes up for it; i.e. pages and copy orders!
