I walked a huge antique fair with my cousins and could barely walk the next day, so I know what you mean. Thank goodness I don't have to type with my toes ; ) Yes, I saw Bettes and sent her a message too. Things are starting to heat up here but I still might end up in Arizona this winter - fingers crossed!

Probably wouldn't be until Xmas; might send our son to a bball camp @ Pepperdine. Then we'll have our fun in N.B.! :)

No ferry. My husband & I were just driving around in the rental car & came across the bridge, so we stopped, parked & Shopped! We were down there for 6 days for my son's baseball tourney, so we did a lot of sightseeing in the day before the games. I love it there. Hotel in Costa Mesa was in a great spot too. I really wanna come down again soon!

Can't help you w/ the house in Italy, but if Northern California sounds good to you, we could make that happen. We live in a Great area - 1/2 hour from San Francisco, 2 hours from Lake Tahoe, 1 hour from Capitola/Santa Cruz beach, 15 minutes from Mt. Diablo, etc. We got it all here....except Balboa Island!

Shelly, I just visited Newport Beach/Balboa Island last week for the 1st time ever. Totally Gorgeous! Love it there & I will visit again. How great you live there!

Good, good, and good =) I can't complain! Glad you're having some fun in the snow. It's an awesome season, yeah! I got in contact with Cindy Wallwork recently too, remember, our theory teacher? We've talked about trying to get some of us together, Cindy, Maggie Cline, Angela, I see Mary Kelly on the train sometimes and recently saw Diane Hickman on here. She just passed the test about a year ago. What a trooper. So maybe we can try and plan a mini get-together with us old CSCR and Lee College students and teachers!
