Thanks a ton. I have my tabstops set up and everything but it is still running over my page number. It is just if I have a long description, it won't wrap it around. It just keeps going. Any other ideas? Thanks.
P.S. Sorry that last post was on there 3 times. My computer is acting up.

P.S. - If you click on the Advanced button at the bottom right of the Paragraphs tab while you've got the exhibit paragraph type highlighted, the button to set the tab stops will be on the bottom left. Here's what mine looks like. So my right margin is 46, and my tab for the page number is set for 52. Hope that helps!

Hi Lauren -
Here's how mine is set up. Try this with your exhibit paragraph type. I think how it works is that your right margin may be 40 or whatever, but then your page number is set to go in at a tab stop, which could be 45. Good luck!

I am working on the auto indexing, and I have everything figured out but one last thing. Does anyone know what to do to get your exhibit description to wrap at a certain point so it doesn't run over your page number?

Right, Tori. You have different dictionaries and everything -- different writer inputs, etc. -- for different users. .inis are just different setups for a single reporter.

I've always understood USERS to be "people" - meaning if you share your computer (like splitting a job at lunch), you would have two USERS, and two dictionaries, etc ect.

INI files are for ONE USER who works with different formats.

Does that make sense?

Users have to be made from scratch. .inis can be copied over from the main user info. Multiple .inis are just simpler. Plus they all open at the start and you can choose rather than searching thru users.

I have one use, several different ini.

Don't know why. That's just how I do it.
