It's your browser. Use a different one and see if it works. For example, I use Safari and sometimes I can't see stuff but if I change to Internet Explorer, then it will work. Try that.
I'm not quite sure why you can't post in the transcription group. You need to join the group first before being able to post there. In classifieds, you should just be able to type anything you want.
