Kelli...I've been meaning to tell you how nice the constant background view is on some of the pages.  Looks like we're seeing the hills behind what we're viewing even when we're using the slider bar.  Neat.

Hi Kelli,

I do not think that Bay Area reporters are seeing our message. Is there a way to check? I have a reporter that said the two alerts we sent were not visable.

How can I start a "cover depo in Birmingham, Alabama" group?

Hi Kelli: Can you please delete the thread I started entitled "Non Paying Agency". I am receiving threats from the administrator, and I do not want to be involved in litigation over a remaining $850 balance.

Sincerely,

Fred Gilotti

Kelli, if you want to know more about how I edit in Eclipse with Dragon, click here:  http://csrnation.ning.com/forum/topics/1736041:Topic:11952

I've been using it for several years now, and when you divide what I spent for it and for the upgrades to it, it was such an inexpensive investment!

Looking forward to seeing you at Mark K.'s deal.  I'm also attending the LiveNote seminar on Sunday.  Staying over for that?  I may never use it, but the price is right for learning about it!

Correction:  The official court interpreter tore the so-called translation apart in a nano-second by simply saying "Unintelligible."

Hi, I noticed that an agency requested someone who could "write" Spanish.  When I worked in court, the understanding was that English was the official language only.  It seems to me that one is on shaky ground if one claims to write Spanish, and one is not able to produce documentation that one is a certified Spanish interpreter.  This sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen.  I have seen evidence of this when a police department was too cheap to hire a certified interpreter and asked an employee who "spoke Spanish" to do their official work, like translate the Miranda Rights into Spanish -- what a disaster.  The official court reporter tore the so-called "translation" apart in a nano-second by simply saying, "Unintelligible."

Kelli, I was wondering if you have an area for covering trials/motions as well as depos?

Kelli, I am trying to "purchase" the cover depos ability, but the site seems to only want to accept PayPal.

Kelli, I just read your post on CR-Net.  Which version of Eclipse are you on?  You said you pressed Alt K.  That normally is the stop playback key.  Alt J is the play key.  Was that a typo?  I've been testing the new keyless version this week.  A few issues, but soon it will be fantastic!

So sorry Kelli,  I get so busy with my life that I only come up for air once in a while.

Thanks you for your messages.  Everything is fine.  Elois
