CASE CATALYST 13 SCOPING TEAM AVAILABLE FOR DAILY COPIES.  Two of the most experienced Case CATalyst scopists have come together to ease the stress that many reporters face in dealing with daily copy trials and depositions.  We have helped many reporters all over the country with their daily copy needs. By using Dropbox, we can normally be finished with the transcript within a couple of hours after the proceedings end.

Contact Dolly Hall at dollyhal@swbell.net or Monna Dudensing at monnad1@yahoo.com.  We also scope regular turnaround jobs.  References upon request.

Former Official Reporter for the U.S. House of Representatives, as well as Congressional Record "reader" (final editor), available for scoping work.  I use Case Catalyst, version 13.

I am a former California CSR/RPR, graduated from Bryan College in 1987, and I resigned from the U.S. House of Representatives in January, 2012, as Official Reporter.

Competitive rates, quick turnaround, no word-for-word proofing necessary.   I always listen to the full audio at no extra charge.

Please email me at lchugill@gmail.com for rates.   Thanks!

I am a Case CATalyst Version 13 scopist and am looking to add another full-time reporter or two to my client roster.  I have been scoping since 2009 but have been in the court reporting industry since 2000.  I attended court reporting school (180 wpm), worked in the office of two court reporting firms in my area, and attended the Scoping Made Affordable scoping course.  I also have excellent references.  For more information regarding my experience and services, please visit my website at HeaneyScopingServices.com.

If you are looking for a high-quality scopist, call me.  I would love to discuss what your needs are and see how I can help you!

Hi,

I've been scoping and transcribing on Case CAT for about seven years.  I use Morson's as a guide, but most importantly your preferences.  Detail oriented.  Experienced with technical and medical depositions, hearings, and trials.  I work evenings, weekends, and some on the holidays.  I work on a three to five-day turnaround unless you need it quicker.  I'm happy to take daillies and emergency or short-notice transcripts.  I have reasonable rates for scoping and proofing.  I'm more than happy to listen to full audio.

Please contact me directly at jessiebrianne@hotmail.com if you have any questions, for my rates, or to work out any logistics.

Hello!  I've been a legal secretary for almost 4 decades, and in 2011 decided to work from home doing transcription, proofreading and scoping work.  I use Dropbox, Start/Stop, Microsoft Word, Windows 7.  I do not have CAT equipment, but if you send me your audio and an ASCII file, I can scope, proofread or transcribe your documents and send back in Word.  I have a few loyal clients, but would like to increase my work load this year.  Please contact me at metatauta@hotmail.com.  I have good references.  Thanks!

I'm an Eclipse user who has been working as a freelance reporter for three years. I'm looking for some scoping work. I will scope your transcript as if it were my own. Feel free to contact me at pitinof@yahoo.com for more information.

I can do relatively quick turn around work, and overnight as well. I listen to all audio, rather than just segments for clarification.

I am very flexible and willing to work with your needs.  Let me know what I can do for you.  I am willing to try to do what you need, if you are willing to try my services.

Hello, all!  Experienced CaseCAT scopist looking to help out some reporters.  15 years of experience in the D.C. court reporting market.  Most work within $1.00 to $1.50 per page, depending on turnaround demands and technicality of material.  Enthusiastic, conscientious, dedicated, cooperative.  Based on the East Coast, but can do work for anyone who needs a hand!  Thanks.  Bob betabob@comcast.net

I need an experienced Eclipse scopist for backup scoping.  I report mostly depositions, some hearings and arbitrations. Full audio always.

I have been a Case Catalyst scopist almost five years.  I am available for long term and short term work.  I have a BA in English, former court reporting student, and worked many years in law offices.  I will follow your preferences and research anything I think is necessary.  I am very conscientious and enjoy my work.  Available to work week-ends and sometimes holidays.  Resume and rates available on request.  Please contact me at prudence1118@msn.com.

I am a scopist with almost two years of experience on StenoCAT and have just started on DigitalCAT.  I'm available to take on some jobs during this busy court season.

I have experience doing depositions, trials, interviews and discovery jobs. I'm a stickler for spelling and won't hesitate to look up facts to ensure that your transcript gets back to you in the best shape possible. I have a general turnaround time of 4-5 days for non-rush jobs and I'm available for expedites and dailies as well.

If you’d like to know my rates or hear from my references, email me and I’ll be happy to provide them to you.

Thank you,
Veronica Sampson

I am looking for work as a CaseCATalyst Scopist.  I was a Court Reporter for over 15 years and have now transitioned into scoping.  I am single, with no children, so I throw myself into my work and really enjoy it.  I work weekends and holidays, too, so I will be here for you during the feast and the famine.  Having run my own CR business, I know how crazy things can get, especially when it's an all-day Friday job and at the end of the deposition, they turn to you and ask if they can have it by Monday, and it doesn't matter to them if it's a holiday weekend; they need it by Monday.  I'll be there to help lighten your load.

Please allow me the opportunity to work with you.  I always keep the latest version CaseCATalyst.

Visit my website at www.scoping4u.com or email me at faith@scoping4u.com

Thank you for your time and have a great day.

Faith

Hi, All!

I've been a scopist for 25 years, the past 10 on Eclipse, versions 4.3 and 5, and I'm available to do word-for-word scoping, with or without full audio-sync.  I use the Gregg Reference Manual, but your preferences are  more important.   I am fussy about grammar, punctuation, spelling and timely turnaround.

I have a few excellent reporters who send me occasional transcripts, but I would like to add someone who has a steady diet of depositions and/or trials.  I can handle 100 pages per day of technical transcripts, or more pages of the easy stuff.

If you would like to catch up on that huge pile of transcripts, let me help you!  Contact me at lmedina1 @ optonline.net.

I need a scopist on Stenocat ASAP.  I am a very clean writer (98 percent translate rate).  I have been reporting 28 years.  I lost my scopist that I have used for 23 years.  I have references upon request as far as paying my scopist or reporters for all work performed.  Debbie Benson, C.S.R.
