Certified scopist on Case CAT 14. I'm looking for overflow, regular turnaround work while I'm getting some on-the-job experience. I have a mentor with many years under her belt that will be helping me along until she and I both feel comfortable that I've made progress, thus ensuring you will receive quality work in a timely manner. My pre-scopist work experience has been as a nurse and in medical administration, so I have many years of medical terminology experience. I am organized, flexible and pay attention to detail. Please contact me, Rebecca Sevores, directly at rsevores@yahoo.com.

My certified scoping background includes 30 years of shorthand/proofreading/transcription and 12 years using medical terminology.  Looking to use my skills to do scoping on a part or full time basis for reporters using CatCatalyst 14. I am offering a discount to first-time reporters.  You may contact me @ trishd5456@centurylink.net.

I am available for scoping on CaseCAT 14.  I am a Certified Shorthand Reporter/Registered Merit Reporter in Texas.  I have been doing deposition reporting for a total of 15 years, but I report part-time now and am looking to transition to scoping.  I totally understand what is important to a reporter in terms of the transcript and turnaround times.  Also, I understand how you can write like a champ on a technical job one day and get blown away by a little slip-and-fall depo the next, so don't be embarrassed if you think your notes are a mess.  We've all been there, and that's what a scopist is for!  If you would like more information, I can be reached at jill.moyle@gmail.com.

Scopist / Proofreader available for work.  I am a working court reporter who loves to scope and proofread on the side.

I know that I’ve expected a lot when I’ve looked for scopists and proofers for myself, and I will bring all those expectations with me and apply them to your transcript!  I have plenty of experience in court, anything from divorce trials to murder trials.  I also am one of the main court reporters for the Commission hearings in my state, which can be extremely technical.  And, of course, regular and medical depositions are welcome.  I use Morson’s English Guide for Court Reporters, and I will take the extra time to do the research or alert you if something needs to be looked at.

I have fair rates, so contact me today at scopingproofreadingservices@gmail.com and let’s get started!

I am a reliable scopist currently working with Eclipse versions 5 and 6.  I was a free-lance reporter for 15 years prior to that.   I understand the need for precision and detail and can read steno notes.  I have regular turnaround times as well as reasonable rates, and I can provide a professional transcript to you, according to your preferences and needs.

I have been scoping/proofing for court reporters for 30 years.  I actually started typing for them in the ‘80s.  In between that time I earned my degree as a paralegal and worked for attorneys for several years and then returned to full-time scoping in 1990.  I have experience in all areas of law.  I have fast turn-around time and competitive prices.  I am on Procat.

I am looking for a second proof reader/Scopist. Someone who has experience, good turn around, and available for expedites. I also like corrections on my CASE CAT with notes if necessary. I prefer to pay via PayPal. I also like audio to be used especially on video synced jobs. Please email me if interested. Michelle.smith.csr@gmail.com

I will scope for you.  I've been reporting for 16 years.  I am on the latest version of Case Catalyst.  It's so slow here in San Diego.  I've been twiddling my thumbs lately and need something to do. I'm great at scoping and proofreading.  I won't hold your job forever and my rate is $1.00 per page.  If you are interested, give me a holler at deporeporter@cox.net.

Hello!  I am a scopist who has been trained directly by Court Reporters working for TSG Reporting in NYC, and am skilled in using both Case CATalyst 14 and Eclipse.  I am looking for a few more reporters to work with, ideally someone with whom I can build a long term working relationship.  I am a hard worker, a bit of a perfectionist, and a fairly geeky grammarian ( I used to teach grammar). I am also a certified paralegal.

I know that each reporter has style preferences, and am always open to constructive criticism.  Please feel free to contact me at any time.  corinda@corindabravo.com or (818) 415-5565.  Thank you!

I am a recently certified scopist using Eclipse Version 5.   While my former work background is in the electronics field, I spent many hours writing and editing manufacturing instructions which required excellent researching skills and high attention to details.  I feel this experience will serve me well in producing quality work and scoping your job to your exact specifications.

I am ready to get to work and show you that I am professional, dependable, and dedicated to providing an accurate transcript. My rates are very competitive, and I have good turnaround times.

For more information you can contact me by email at dianarowe51@gmail.com or by phone at (480)369-9043.

Case CATalyst 14 Scoping Team (Created in 2012)

Two of the most experienced Case CATalyst 14 scopists have come together to ease the stress that many reporters face in dealing with daily copy trials, arbitrations and depositions.  Dolly Hall and Monna Dudensing have more than 40 years’ scoping experience combined, including trials ranging from patent infringement to oil well spills to white-collar crime.  We also have in-depth knowledge of medical terminology.

By utilizing Dropbox and working together throughout the day with a proofreader, we normally can be finished with the transcript within 1-1/2 to 2 hours after the testimony ends.  Our goal is to provide the reporter an almost perfect transcript in a timely manner so that he/she can get rested for the following day.  We are very familiar with Dropbox.  Rates and references upon request.

You will be extremely satisfied with our work product, professionalism and reliability.  Please contact us via e-mail at txscopes@yahoo.com (Dolly) ormonnad1@yahoo.com (Monna).  Together we can alleviate much of the stress that the reporter experiences with daily copy transcripts.
