This is my cat, Andy.  I took him in as a feral kitten eight years ago.  He's been a great cat.  Sadly, he seems to have cancer in some of his organs - liver, abdomen, pancreas.  He doesn't seem to…Continue

This is Sweetpea.  She was six months old when I got her, now she's just over a year.  She had been in this cage for four months and time was running out.  How could no one have taken her sooner?  The volunteer said I was the only person who had been able to hold her for more than a few seconds.  I didn't take her right away, I continued my kitten hunting at all the local shelters for the rest of the day, but when I got home, her face popped into my mind.  I looked at her picture again and it was a done deal.  She's turned out to be the most perfect kitten, everything I could have hoped for, which the sweetest disposition.  It's true, they pick you!

Oh, Stacey, what a beautiful kitten!!!  I have always wanted a black and white cat.  I seem to always get orange tabbies, which I love, but the black and white cats are so pretty.

My mom snapped this pic of me and Lucy a few days ago.  I was showing Mom a hat I had received as a gift, and Lucy came out to chat with us.  She doesn't like to be left out of anything, and she certainly has her own opinions.  She was telling me that although she liked my new hat, she didn't think it went well my blouse!
