It's such a shame that the company won't take responsibility for their problem.  I've been going back and forth with Advantage explaining to them that there are now 25 of us just on the Facebook forum that have the same calibration issue and they just continue to blame us....we are just idiots that can't calibrate our machines.  I'm an expert by now after calibrating this thing continuously in order to get it work work somewhat properly...but that's still with some misstrokes or missing strokes.  Very frustrating.  Many of us have been given a replacement machines just to find it has the same problem, but Advantage says we just continue to calibrate it improperly.

I'm in the market for a new writer and have been searching around CSR Nation for words of wisdom.  I saw that you purchased an Impression earlier this year.  How do you like it?  Any problems or issues?  Also, they make them custom upon order, don't they?  I was hoping to have it sooner than later.  Thanks for any feedback

Hi Kelli -- I am wondering about subscription fees.  I paid $19.95 to subscribe.  Then when I clicked to join the Bay Area Group, there's a pop-up for another subscription, $49.95.  Is that correct?
