Hello!

I have over 18 years of scoping experience -- everything from Orphans' Court proceedings to zoning hearings to depositions. I am now adding PROOFREADING work. I am reliable and meticulous, and I have a keen eye for mistakes and formatting errors. I am willing to adapt to your preferences.

My rates are reasonable and regular turnaround is two to three days. I am also usually available for daily turnaround if given notice.

I work on an iPad using the iAnnotate app. Simply e-mail me a PDF. I can e-mail you back the entire annotated document or only the annotated pages, whichever you prefer.

Thank you for your consideration, and I look forward to hearing from you!

Hello all. I'm Vincent Prewitt, transcript proofreader. I have an extensive amount of experience when it comes to transcripts, both as a transcriptionist and a proofreader. I have been trained on the principles of Morson's and The Gregg Reference Manual, but I will be more than happy to cater to your preferences. My normal turnaround time is two business days, but I do offer one-day or same-day turnaround if need be.

I proofread with or without audio. For without audio, I will send you the corrections in either an annotated PDF or in a DOC or RTF file using track changes in Microsoft Word. For with audio, it would just be the latter. I would also need an MP3 or WAV file that I can play back in Express Scribe (preferred) or FTR Player if you need me to proofread with audio.

I am a hard worker, very reliable, and very dependable, and I will make sure that your work is of the utmost accuracy. I also have references from reporters that have been very happy with my services. If you are interested, please e-mail me at vinceproofs@gmail.com. I am freely available to take work right now.

Thank you so much in advance!

I’m Sara, and I’d like to offer you my proofreading services. I’ve worked as a legal secretary for over 33 years, so I’m very familiar with the legal field.

I proof to pdf and offer an errata sheet upon request. My training was based on Morson’s English Guide for Court Reporters. My training and my work experience have prepared me extremely well for working in this field.

Please feel free to request my rate sheet via e-mail at saraproofs63@gmail.com. You can also reach me by phone at 479-981-1932. If you’re already working with someone else, I’m also available to be your back-up proofreader.

Thank you for your consideration.

Are you looking for an extra set of eyes?

My name is Cathy Jenquin and I am a transcript proofreader. I have been doing freelance work from home for the last seven years while fulfilling my role as a stay-at-home mom. Being on the cusp of an empty nest, I’m looking to branch out and take on some additional work.

I have experience working with various types of transcript formats and proceedings. My training is based on the concepts included in Morson’s English Guide for Court Reporters, The Gregg Reference Manual, and references by Margie Wakeman Wells. I also realize and respect that each court reporter has their own unique process and preferences.

I have a flexible schedule, offer quick turnaround times, and am available for rush jobs. I can provide you with a copy of my resume, a sample transcript, and a rate sheet at any time. Also, you are more than welcome to contact me at cmjcat@gmail.com with any questions.

I would love the opportunity to work with you and help put the finishing touch on your transcripts!

Hi, I am a proofreader trained with Morson's, Gregg's, and BG/GP. I research when needed and double check my work before returning. Regular jobs are returned electronically, within 48-72 hours in .pdf format, unless preferred otherwise. If you are looking for someone in your area, I am in southern Illinois. My schedule is very flexible, so I am available for rush jobs or overflow work, as well. I would be glad to read some pages for you, at no cost, to show you my expertise, because the proof is in the reading. If you are interested in seeing my resume or rate sheet, please feel free to contact me at Karen.herzog15@gmail.com.
