Happy Monday everyone. Available proofreader here. Do you need a reliable proofreader for a one-time job or are you are looking for someone full time. I have a very flexible schedule, reasonable rates, and experience. Routinely, return annotated pages in
.pdf format, however, other options are available. I proof with your preferences as a guide and follow the principles of Morson's, BG/GP, and Greggs. If you would like a copy of my rate sheet and turnaround times, please email me at
Karen.herzog15@gmail.com or PM me.
Thanks and have a great week.

Extremely thorough and diligent proofreader available for your proofreading needs. I don't just do punctuation. I check for any and all errors. I have many satisfied reporters willing to give me a good reference. I make changes via PDF and send back only corrected pages. I also use Eclipse and make changes right in the software! This saves the reporter tons of time. Reasonable rates and flexible turnarounds. Immediate availability. Experienced working with teams and doing dailies. Email suziefernandez10@gmail.com for more information.

Buzz Buzz!

Are you in need of a dependable proofreader?  I am a service-oriented professional proofreader with over 10 years of experience. Exclusively proofreading for court reporters since 2015. Have proofed thousands of pages of legal documents including: workers' comp, car accident cases, medical, expert, criminal defense cases, etc. Meticulous eye for errors, light research skills (address and phone number verification, etc), trained to follow Morson's, and can turn jobs around in 48 hours - or less!  Can easily work across different time zones.  Regular or overflow work accepted.  My introductory rate for new clients is only $.30 per page for regular, 48-hour delivery. I receive transcripts in PDF and I only return the annotated pages.

Please e-mail me at lyndsey.swarm@gmail.com at your convenience with any questions or inquiries.  I'd be happy to send you my rate sheet and sample of my work.

I look forward to hearing from you!

I am an experienced proofreader having read 700,000+ pages since November 2002.  I will critique and provide an errata for at least 15 random transcript pages at no charge!  Normal turnaround is 3 to 4 calendar days (often less).

Now proficient with proofreading using digitalCAT software with partial or no audio.  Now proofreading using iAnnotate upon request.

Heavy background in medical and legal fields and I once managed a California court reporting agency.

Please visit my website for contact information, additional rate information, policies, and unsolicited testimonials.  I am not listing my email in this post (and suggest you don't either) because they easily end up in the hands of spammers!

Hi, I am a proofreader trained with Morson's, Gregg's, and BG/GP. I research when needed and double check my work before returning. Regular jobs are returned electronically, within 48-72 hours in .pdf format, unless preferred otherwise. I proof with audio files as well. My schedule is very flexible, so I am available for rush jobs or overflow work.I would be glad to read some pages for you, at no cost, to show you my expertise, because the proof is in the reading. If you are interested in working together, please feel free to contact me at Karen.herzog15@gmail.com.

Hello, Dear CSRNATION friends.  Please make sure you continue spreading the good word about court reporting, CART and Captioning.  We need to pick up on referrals and new students all around the country before more schools start closing.

Thank you all, and hope you all have a great day.

Hello, everyone!

I have been proofreading exclusively for court reporters for over 20 years now and have many recommendations from CSRs on this site under the "Scopists & Proofers Recommended by Reporters" discussion.  (See link:  http://csrnation.ning.com/forum/topics/scopists-proofers-recommended.)

Due to the annual summer slowdown I would like to add a couple of big producers or several part-timers to my client roster.  My corrections process is very user friendly; you send an ASCII (.txt) file and receive a PDF back from me with your corrections embedded in the transcript so you can see them in context without those dreaded errata sheets!  Corrections are searchable in the PDF and set off in red.

I offer competitive rates, reliability, flexibility, same-day/overnight turnaround (with little notice in most cases), and a couple of different billing options for your convenience including prepayment at a discount.  Payment is handled exclusively through PayPal.

You may message me on this site for more information or contact me directly at chrisrenegar@gmail.com and I will promptly send out my bio, introductory information, and a rate sheet with a sample transcript attached.

For all first-time prospective clients:  Want to just "try before you buy"?  I will proofread your first 25 pages at no cost. I'd love to hear from you!

Greetings!

Are you in need of a dependable legal proofreader?  Let me buzz through your work with my meticulous eye for errors! I’m very flexible, do light research, follow Morson's, and can turn jobs around in 24-48 hours - or less! In addition, I can work across different time zones with no problem.  Most importantly, I love what I do and take pride in returning thoroughly proofed work.

My introductory rate for new clients is only $.30 per page for regular, 48-hour delivery. I receive transcripts in PDF and I only return the annotated pages.  This process has helped me streamline my proofing and speed up my return time.

Please e-mail me at lyndsey.swarm@gmail.com at your convenience with any questions or inquiries.  I'd be happy to send you my rate sheet and sample of my work.

I look forward to hearing from you and thank you in advance for your consideration!
