Trisha, when asking for feedback on an agency in the Have You Ever Heard Of group, you need to leave your email address for people to email you with negative information.  Agencies have threatened to sue me if that info is put on the website, that's how the group works.  We get out the negative info but it goes to your personal email instead of here.
