Let’s finish that transcript and send it off so you can have a relaxing weekend and spend time with your loved ones, not having to worry or think about work for at least 2 days.

Having the luxury of sending your transcript to be proofread by me here in Australia gives you the bonus of me getting your work done while you are sleeping because of the time difference.

Allow me to make your life easier and know that the work that I will do for you will be just what you hoped for.

Dear Court Reporters,

I sympathize with you that there just isn’t enough time in a day to do all the things that you need to do, let alone the things that you would like to do. Your job is important and people count on you.

Let me make your job a lot easier and also save you some time by doing the proofreading of your transcripts.

My compulsion to “get it right” is what lies at the core of all I put my hand to. Nothing short of right is right when it comes to getting the job done. I excel in this work ethic, meet deadlines and commit to a truly thorough job in fulfilling my role to proofread your transcript. I not only bring my professionalism to the table, but I enjoy the quest of bringing projects to dazzling completion with complete satisfaction for my clients.

Let me help you make a difference in your life and the lives of others. Contact me for my rates and any questions you have. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello. I am a transcript proofreader. Proofreading has been a part of my life in one form or another as I've tutored students throughout the years. Because of my proofreading focus, my students point out typos or errors they've found in published material. As a detail-oriented person with a tutoring background, proofreading is right up my alley.

I utilize Morson's English Guide for Court Reporters, Bad Grammar/Good Punctuation by Margie Wakeman Wells, The Gregg Reference Manual, Merriam-Webster, as well as various medical/technical resources, to contribute to producing a clean transcript. Court reporter preference is a key piece of working well with someone, and I look forward to working together and being a second set of eyes for court reporters. For more information about my rates or my process, please visit the links listed below.

Have a wonderful day!

I am glad to be part of this group so I can get to know you and assist you in cutting down on your working hours.

I am a Virtual Proofreader of transcripts for Court Reporters. I have been proofreading since my school days living on Long Island, New York, so I have a lot of experience. I am now living with my husband in Sydney, Australia, while visiting my son and his family.

I have an advantage of getting USA court reporter’s transcripts proofread and back to you quicker because of the time difference. If you send your work to me at 5:00 pm, I will have it completed for you when you wake up the next day. That sure gives you a jump on the day to know your work is getting done while you are sleeping. I am here to help you have more time to do what you alone can do. Do what you do best, and let me do the rest! Do the math. Less time correcting = more time court reporting.

Wherever you are living, I would be happy to work with you and polish up your transcript to turn it in quickly and efficiently.

Please contact me for my rates and any other questions you may have. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello.

I am fairly new to the world of court reporters and transcript proofreading, but I'm eager to get start working with court reporters and other proofreaders.

I don't have experience with any court reporters, but I've gone through Caitlin Pyle's extensive Transcript Proofreading: Theory and Practice course, consisting of over three thousand pages of transcripts. They are real transcripts from actual cases.

I may not have experience with "real" cases, but I've done the work of someone who has. If you are interested in woking with me, please contact me at mattvillegasproofreader@gmail.com or visit my site at mattvillegasproofreader.com.

Thank you.

I'm a PDF proofreader who has an extensive background in higher education (as an instructor, as a project coordinator, and as a student services coordinator) in many types of positions that involved a lot of proofreading.  I have loved proofreading since college, and I am excited to find this type of work so that I can have a more flexible schedule taking care of my daughter with special needs.

I have an English minor and have completed training proofreading legal transcripts.  I am very detailed and I work to make sure I deliver to expectations.  You will find recommendations from those who have worked with me on my LinkedIn profile.  I love to help people and hope to help you!  New clients receive 20 pages free.  I have a website to learn more at detailedproofreading.com.  I would love to hear from you.  You can email me at jmh@detailedproofreading.com or message me on LinkedIn or Facebook.
