Below is the daily report of lost JCR classified advertisers over the last two years during which NCRA's new staff initiated drastic changes to the JCR classified ads while telling the NCRA members the drastic changes would greatly improve service given to NCRA members.

DAILY REPORT OF LOST JCR CLASSIFIED ADVERTISERS 

 

Total JCR Classified Ads on Feb. 5, 2016: -------- 55 ads 

 

Total JCR Classified Ads on March 17, 2018: -- - 22 ads 

 

Total Loss of Classified Ads: ---------------------- 33 lost ads 

 

Percentage of lost advertisers: 60% loss 

 

*Note 1:  Planet Depo has 6 of the above-noted 22 ads.  If Planet Depo did not buy its 6 ads, the total percentage of lost JCR classified advertisers would be a 70% loss. 

 

The new NCRA staff  stated the following in its promotion of its drastic changes to the JCR classified ad section:

 

“Both the online and print classified advertising opportunities provide a convenient, cost-effective way for members to sell products* and professional services.*

 

“Members can rely on NCRA’s classified ads as an optimal way to connect with their targeted marketplace when they want to advertise their services*, sell equipment, or place recruiting ads for professional opportunities.”

 

* Note 2:   Since the new staff’s drastic changes to the JCR classified ad section the following categories of ads have disappeared and no longer appear in the JCR classified ads on March 17, 2018:

 

  1. No Product ads

 

  1. No Professional Service ads for scopists and proofreaders.
