Summation hooking up and Livenote Hooking up

I've noticed that with Summation, I have to have the serial gadget hooked up on the attorney's laptop before he starts the computer and then it works.

and with Livenote, it works no matter what you do. Much easier

Also with Livenote, they should have a file open before you start your feed.

I have actually had to start their computer for them, open a case file and name it, and then name their file for them becaust 90 percent of the attorneys don't even know how to use Livenote or Summation , but they want the realtime...!!!!! Go figure. lol lol lol AMAZING!!!

Arielle, with CaseviewNet the judge and/or litigators can start receiving the CR's RT at any time after the RT has started.
