Read some prior posts recently from years ago where reporters were not getting paid from this firm - DCR Litigation Services.  Then I heard of videographers not getting paid from her - Annette Duke.  Now I'm in the same boat.   She owes me a LOT of money.  I worked for her for many years.  She's underpaid me in some cases, i.e., $40 for a last minute cancel.   $3.40 for ALL cases whether it's P.I. or expert.

Ann Duke - She owes me over $10,000 - She threatened if I sue her I would never get the money because she would never pay the judgment and I was just going to waste my time because her husband is an attorney - so I let it go for my own sanity - it caused such financial and emotional distress and I ALMOST lost my home not being able to pay my mortgage - worked for a year fir her With promises after promises that I would get paid and every time I would show up to the Westlake office to get my check Lisa, an employee at the front desk would tell me she was in Europe - out of the country - etc. - and no one else could sign the check but her -

Tanya, I am so sorry.  She does this to so many people.  But everyone I know that sued her, and there were many of us, won in court.  I won my case against her and the interest accumulates every month she doesn't pay.  Judgments last 10 years, last I heard, and can be renewed.  So I'll get my money eventually.  Don't worry about her attorney partner.  I don't think he gets involved.  If it's not too late, you should reconsider suing.  You can reach me at [e-mail].
