Hunting errors, returning excellence

I’m a mistrans seeker and comma tweaker, and I will dig through your transcripts to unearth hidden errors.

PDF proofing is compatible with any software, and you will see errors with their suggested fixes in context. I do lots of court work and can provide references.

Check out my website or email me for more info.

Hello!

I'm happy to be here on CSRNation. My name is Amy and I want to be your proofreader. The small details matter, and I can help you submit your best possible work by being another line of defense against potentially embarrassing errors. For reference I use The Gregg Reference Manual, Court Reporting: Bad Grammar, Good Punctuation by Margie Wakeman Wells, Merriam-Webster dictionary, Google, and your personal preferences.

I proof in PDF format and return only corrected pages back to you. Please see my website for more information about my guidelines and rates, or shoot me an email; I'd love to chat with you.

Greetings!

I’m here giving my nit-pickiness a place to flourish as your proofreader! My detail oriented eyes love to find the subtle grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors that others might miss. I have proofed thousands of pages and I am familiar with highly regarded references Lillian Morson and Margie Wakeman Wells. My Merriam-Webster is also a handy sidekick.

I tailor each job to your individual preferences. My entire career has shaped me to be the go-to person to get work done quickly and correctly. I prefer to proof digitally. Send over your job in PDF format and I will return the annotated pages to you within 2-3 business days. Rush and expedite rates are also available.

I believe in open communication, kindness, and quality work. Fine-tuning documents with you would be my pleasure. I cannot wait to get started.

Hello all. I'm Vincent Prewitt, transcript proofreader. I have an extensive amount of experience when it comes to transcripts, both as a transcriptionist and a proofreader. I have been trained on the principles of Morson's and The Gregg Reference Manual, but I will be more than happy to cater to your preferences. My normal turnaround time is two business days, but I do offer one-day or same-day turnaround if need be.

I proofread with or without audio. For without audio, I will send you the corrections in either an annotated PDF or in a DOC or RTF file using track changes in Microsoft Word. For with audio, it would just be the latter. I would also need an MP3 or WAV file that I can play back in Express Scribe (preferred) or FTR Player if you need me to proofread with audio.

I am a hard worker, very reliable, and very dependable, and I will make sure that your work is of the utmost accuracy. I also have references from reporters that have been very happy with my services. If you are interested, please e-mail me at vinceproofs@gmail.com for any questions you have about rates, TAT, or other general questions about my work. I am freed up completely and available to take work right now. I would love to develop a long-term relationship proofreading for you, but I am also available for any one-off or sporadic jobs. As of July 2016, I now do work on weekends at no extra charge!

Thank you so much in advance!
