I have been scoping for the past 3 years. The Reporter I was scoping for has retired so I am free to help you on a part time or full time basis. Currently, I am attending the Court Reporting Institute of Dallas and am maintaining a 4.0 GPA. I take pride in my work and am very strong on Medical since I have been a Certified MT for the past 20 years. I have a complete home office set up and have all the programs needed to do a professional job. I can receive wave files if you prefer and have a foot petal, fax, and voice recognition software. The computer system I am using is Vista and I have used Total Eclipse but now am using Case CATalyst and DigitalCAT. I want to scope the way you want it done and am a quick learner. Just let me know your preferences, the way you want your punctuation to be, etc and I will perform the work as if you, yourself had done the scoping. I am able to read steno and can proofread. Scoping since 2004, I've done depositions and trials. I read steno while listening to audio. I research foreign places and subjects on the web.

CAT systems: DigitalCAT and Total Eclipse
References: Stedman's Medical Dictionary, Morson's Guide, Quick Look Drug Reference.
Equipment: Standard cassette transcriber.
Background: nursing, paralegal studies, real estate.

I am now a scopist (previously a reporter). I use Case Catalyst and am willing to use audiosync and tapes. I have a lot of experience (asbestos, toxic, tort, medical mal, court, and general reporting). Please e-mail me! I'd be happy to work with you....
