I came up with this recipe to use up leftover okara from making soy milk. So yummy!

Too bad there are not more vegans in this group.  I'd love to learn more about becoming vegan.  I eat fish now but no beef or turkey, chicken, etc.  I do eat cheese but no milk.  Drink almond milk instead.  Been about four months now.

Hey, if you are in Portland, Oregon, there are a couple of wonderful restaurants you should know about.  One is Harlow, super delicious, smoothies, juices, bowls and more.  Here's their website:  http://www.harlowpdx.com/

There's also Canteen, which serves similar cuisine, also super delicious!  Here's their website:  http://canteenpdx.com/

I buy the ricemellow from The Wholefoods Store. They may sell it at Trader Joes also.

I have used agave nectar in the past, but I use it up so fast I mostly use maple syrup. I think I will go out and buy some agave in the near future, though. Thanks for the reminder.

Okay, where do you get the ricemellow. That sounds awesome!

Do you use Agave nectar in your cocoa? I also add some ricemellow, it is marshmellow made from rice.
