Well, I'm very excited. I just got back from my WW meeting. I am sad to say I have not been to one since July 8. I need to start going more often. Something else to improve on. Oh, well. My good news, in about five weeks or so I have gotten rid of 8.2 pounds. I credit the support of this group. It is so helpful to have people cheering you on.

Endurance walking... today, in my first training for the Las Vegas half marathon, that I'm WALKING, I did 2 hours and 15 minutes - 6.5 miles. I wouldn't have made the cutoff... but not bad since we still have four months!!

I'm sooo happy right now. I went to my WW meeting and weighed in. In about 3 weeks I got rid of 5.2 pounds. Whoopie!!!!
I have been stuck in the same place for so long it feels good to get moving down again. This group has really helped a lot.

I'd like to recommend the book, "Fit For Life," by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond... a number of friends (including myself) who followed this book's guidance for how to eat, have lost 20 pounds in 3 to 5 weeks...

yep, half. My hubby is running it, as is Cassy Russell, from OK. We could have a nice CR contingent - "business expense" deal!
