Catalyst won't include underlines in ASCII

Is anyone else not able to include underlines when sending an ASCII file? It works with PDF. Catalyst support says they can't help.

    You have to manually type in an underline now.  I assume you're asking about lines on the caption page and correction sheets and not underlining a word.  Use the capped hyphen key instead of underline on, underline off.

      From what I understand, underlining, italics, the boxes,and special characters do not show up in ASCII.  It shouldn't be specific to CC.
