I, too, am frustrated by the fact that I cannot see everything -- including the initial work request -- that is posted by the reporter. Whether it is a failure on me -- operator error -- or something that is inherent in the system that Kelli Combs, CSRNation administrator -- can fix, I would be interested in finding out.
