Hi all.  Does anyone here know of a reason why I would suddenly lose the ability to drag job files into Case?  I worked with no issues at all last week - able to drag files in like normal.  But this morning - no go.  I've rebooted computer, deleted and redownloaded the job files and even uninstalled and reinstalled Case but it still won't let me.  I don't have a support plan so thought I'd reach out here to see if anyone has a suggestion (other than call Case support that is, LOL).  TIA
