I have been a legal videographer for about 20 years. There are 2 sources to become a certified videographer although certification is not required. I am certified by the AGCV as a Certified Court Video Specialist (CCVS). You can visit their website at www. agcv.com and learn when/where their upcoming training seminars are. We have sent 2 of our videographers to their training. One of AGCV's benefits is continuing assistance with marketing ideas. They also sell a video system which is probably the best way for a new videographer to get equipped quickly. In fact, we bought one of their Video Master Pro setups and it is the setup of the future in our business. I just joined this group so I don't check it that often. My e-mail address is josh.messenger@sbcglobal.net and we have a video business in Dallas. Let me know if I can assist further.
