Thanks Linda ! The site is doing very well so far. Little by little I'm adding new material, but it is very time consuming :-)
And thank you, I do love that song, and it is so appropriate with the slides. What a wonderful experience you must have had there. I often get so caught up in my own "BS" that seems so important at the time, and then I saw your slide, and it really touched me :-) Thank You For That.....

    Hi Linda!
No, I am not working as a court reporter right now. I have been enrolled at Brown College of court reporting for the past two years, but this last semester I had to drop because of money difficulties. My speed at the moment is around 160 wpm, so I knew I was getting close to being able to take the state certification. I am still planning on continuing my education in the near future. I kept my steno machine, so I can still keep practicing even though I'm not in school right now! It's so nice to meet you, thank you for posting on my page. Are you working as a reporter here in Monroe now? I live off of Bold Spring Road, you probably know where that is! I've been trying to find some work lately. I'm starting to work for a transcription company right now. I was looking to see if I could find a scoping or proofreading job for a court reporter, because then I could keep using my knowledge of the theory while working. Again, it was nice to meet you Linda, thanks for taking the time to say hi.

Wow, that's awesome. I definitely want to be like you one day! And thanks for saying you would keep in touch about possible jobs, I appreciate it.

I live in The Columns at Providence, so we are only a few miles away! That's is too cool. Thanks for writing, it would be great to keep in touch.
