Anissa! How dare you lurk around and not find me to say hello! Oh, I just love your "about me" -- you're so funny! "Yes, Virginia, work can replace a lousy spouse"! How's class going?! I'm crunching right now!
Hey, what class are you taking next semester? Besides speed - I don't know what you call it - my mind is fried - it's not admin class, but, oh I don't know - you know what i mean - English, Psych, etc. And don't tell me you're going to quit - you are my personal cause to get through school! :-)
You always make me laugh! Don't you do financial stuff? (I forgot, sorry). I'm in English 212. You can ask Mr. Paiz for the class you want, you know. And he already has assignments in mind. In fact, we will probably get something this week - Oh, I haven't gone to the new student union - have you?
Well, this week went a lot better than I thought it would, Anissa. I just went ahead and pushed myself with the dictation and, surprisingly, i wrote better than usual! So, maybe it will come! How is Mrs. Ramirez - Ms. Scoggins is great - I really like her! Lots of input! You have a small class - Brittany said there were only about 10 people in there - we have 30!! Did you do okay? Tests this week - - getting antsy!
Hey Anissa! Happy Saturday...and happy writing if you're at it today like I am! It's nearly 5:00pm and I've not even showered yet...ha ha...yeah, I think I should get on that pretty soon. Hope all is well with you, and you're having a good weekend! See ya in the DF! :)
Hey, Anissa! How are you?! Hope you had great holidays! Did Mr. Right come wrapped up under your tree?! LOL!
How did you do last semester? I'm still struggling.....will be back in 80/100 for the 3rd quarter - but that's my own fault. I have had a rough six months with my daughter's heart condition, work, and school - so I guess I better get in gear this semester - do you know who you will have next? What speed will you be in --
You ARE still in school, right? It's been so long and you always threaten.....
Hey, Anissa! You can go part-time? I didn't know that -- of course, I also never asked! I was thinking about doing that or going somewhere else altogether - I'm pretty frustrated -- I will be in 80/100 next semester and it needs to pan out or I'm going to have to do something - so did you just drop to a part-time online? Let me know about that. I might call mr. paiz to morrow and see about it.
okay, sorry, but you sort of blew me away there with the part-time thing. Jackie is doing much better; she got a bit better in the summer and a rough time earlier in the fall and we are hanging on. Thanks for your prayers and we appreciate them.
Come to find out, there may be a toxic mold problem at her high school and we are going to have testing done, which could be the source of all her problems. She had 3 friends who's parents have pulled their kids out of the school, 2 are homebound - I suspect that's what it is and boy, if it is, I have a real fight on my hands with her and her father -- I think I'm a little in denial, but we can't get into the doctor until late January anyway. I'll let you know.
So how is everything else? Job okay? School's making everyone tear their hair out -- got a new boyfriend? Me - just kids, work and school! Couldn't be better! LOL!
Anissa, that's funny about the boyfriend/friend. And I know you care about him. I used to have guys like that whom I called the "Steak Brigade" -- just guys to take me out for a steak - however, there were a special few I really loved and one, in particular, that nearly 30 years later, I wish I had married. I could have and I just considered him a friend, not someone I would have married, and now, in retrospect, I let the good guy get away. (I'm not lecturing, I'm smiling because it reminded me of myself). Never fear, the absolute right guy will come again -- remember to fall in love often (I should take that to heart, but Ican't with my kids - my daughter isn't ready for that yet). Enough said.
I may call Mr. Paiz about the part-time online - I'm sinking fast and need to just concentrate on the speed. You aren't the only one who didn't take tests. Several in my class didn't and I didn't take but a few. I actually had to go back on Xanax -- I am riddled with anxiety, which I've always had a problem with (talk about TMI!) -- so, don't feel bad.
You will probably do better with this new quarter since the pressure is off. I think its important to know if you work better under intense pressure (I do) or if you are better if you don't have that intense pressure (I don't think I would do any better, but may have to consider it for financial aid).
How's work going? I've been so slow -- we had every single trial plead out before the holidays (we have a new DA coming in on the 5th, so the DA' s office was trying to clear the docket) and we've been twiddling our thumbs for 2 weeks - so I took vacation! Yeah!
Well, let me know how that part-time works for you - and I'll call Mr. Paiz and see about it, too.
