Good morning Suzanne! I am so sorry that I did not respond to you earlier. I have just started speedbuilding and spending all of my free time practicing.
CCR does have financial aid and I believe they do have some kind of payment plan. You can talk to the financial aid officers, I'm sure. My financial aid officer (why do they call them officers, I wonder) is Jan and she is super!
Have you checked them out? This is, in my opinion, is the best school out there. They are so very supportive and ready and willing to help whenever you need it. I know you will not be disappointed.
Where in Georgia do you live? Probably around the Atlanta area. That's where everybody that I know that is in this field lives. As for me, I live in Jesup, Georgia, which is halfway between Jacksonville and Brunswick .

Suzanne: Wow, I believe that you are really close to me--I will have to google your town and see. That would be sooo cool to have a CR student, within my age group, close by!!!!! If you have taken all those core classes that would be a huge credit in your favor. I will email you and tell you what my cost is for going to CCR. I cannot even imagine trying to practice on my own. What theory did you take? What CAT software do you have? I have so many questions to ask you. I am just excited to know I have a court reporting friend close by!!!!!!
