    Hey, Mary. Rather than sending a mass email to the members of Eclipse, try posting a discussion about it in the Eclipse group. That way, people can reply to it and others can learn from it. I think the answer is, while the document's open, do alt-shift-O for an ASCII, check the Html Index box, and it will create an HTML document with an index. You should be able to print it from there. Not sure. But, like I said, post it in a discussion and see what kind of responses you get.
