Melody, I know exactly what you mean about missing those "walk-in-the-park depos" because I don't seem to be getting too many of them lately. Unfortunately, with my being a realtime reporter, those don't seem to be getting the jobs I get.

I'm a court reporter in The Bay Area (San Francisco) and I'm also on Case Catalyst 7 software and I'm very much interested in finding another scopist to help me with my work flow. Lately none of the jobs have been easy -- I happen to live in "Silicon Valley" and I sometimes think of myself as the "patent queen" of depos.

I will be home tomorrow because I happen to be recovering from a long one today and working on the expedite but I'm VERY INTERESTED in talking with you. Yes, that's Matt. He's one of the reasons I stay working at home. He's a special needs child so I'm always "on call." I don't think I would be able to find an employer that would let me go when I need to go. Ya know? And I have two other kids too. :) Thanks.

I should have called you but I was finishing up on Xmas stuff instead (holiday spirit and all, yadah, yadah, yadah). THE JOB WENT GREAT! I feel badly how the other scopist has been and still is struggling through some of my harder stuff. The attorneys, deponent, everything was clear, nothing technical. I'd follow these people anywhere. I great one for you. We can really work together on this one -- they don't get much better.

They weren't in a hurry so I'll go through the rough this morning and then upload to you.

I start my radiation tomorrow morning at around 8:00. I went to my oncologist yesterday and he has said that I can go ahead and have my port removed. He wasn't planning on giving me any more chemo! I told him I wasn't planning on it either! So that's where I'm at!

Yes, the production company is in Wisconsin, we shoot in HD and have had a show on the Outdoor Channel called "Wings to Adventure" and will have a new show starting in April called "Sean Tucker's Logbook." Just got off the phone with Janis Jennings here in California and she said you're looking to pick up a new reporter. If so I've got tons of work. Wish I would have known last week. I had 800 pages in 3 days on an ITC case. I have some work to be scoped now if you're able. let me know. my email is aiganciohowardcsr@hotmail.com. I mostly do ITC work alot of IP cases. I'm an experienced realtime court reporter with over 16 yrs in the field. I do have a primary scopist, but because of the volume of work I take and the amount of dailies/expedites I have, I need to have a full-time secondary scopist. I am looking for someone who can handle taking an additional 150-200 pgs per week/every week, who MUST BE ABLE to split dailies/expedites. Audio sync capabilities is a must!! Please call asap because I have more work than I can handle and am only looking for someone who is top notch and reliable.
