I've been totally swamped. But my scopist from eight years ago that quit got back into scoping, so now I have two. But I do have your contact information if they are too busy to help me out.
Hi, I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to you but I have been a little busy with work and family obligations. I am picking up with work lately. So what I will do is if the other scoper I'm using right now can't take all of the work I'm giving her, I'll let you know. FYI: I have been taking some pretty tough experts lately. No fun there!!!
Thanks for your patience!

Hi Danelle,
I forgot to ask you how long you have been scoping/proofreading? I am pretty old school when it comes to punctuation. I have a 148-pager that has already been roughed out, so basically all untrans and conflict globals are done for you already. If you know how to use ibackup for sending wav files, that would be great. I pay .90 cents a page. I just need to figure out whether the other scoper wants it; or if she's overwhelmed with all the work I've been giving her. Please let me know if you're interested.
Thanks,

Hi Danelle, sorry about all the phone tag business. It's just easier to e-mail you with a toddler around. She sees me on the phone, and she wants to talk too, or she want's my attention. I was still wondering how long
you have been scoping, if you learned a certain theory, etc.
Tomorrow I'm scheduled for three depos going all day. And if you want it, it's yours. I am using a new machine finally after being on the Stentura 8000 for 20 years; so I'm still working out the bugs. If you could provide your e-mail address, I would appreciate it. My e-mail address is dneeleycsr@aol.com.

Oh, my goodness, I just looked at old messages and saw that you already gave me your e-mail addresses. Sorry about that. I'll e-mail you tonight.
Thanks,
Deborah
Hi Danelle,
I still need to hear a little about your scoping background. How long have you been scoping?? Did you go to court reporting school, or just take the course to become a scoper?? Do you have a dictaphone or whatever they're called for videotaped depositions? How many other court reporters are you working for? Right now I have one scoper. But as works picks up -- it should because I'm working for four firms now -- I
can start you off with a small job to see if your punctuation style is similar to mine. The Greg Reference Manual is a really good source for all punctuation questions. Have you heard of it?
You can just E-mail me at your earliest convenience.
Thanks,
dmn
Hi Danelle,
I was wondering if you had a dictation machine with the foot pedal because I have a 230-page videotaped job that I need to have scoped. Let me know if you are interested. Maybe I can send you a doctor depo first to see if you can read my writing.
Hi Danelle. Just was making sure that you had a
dictation machine. Hopefully you do.
If you do, could you E-mail your address so I can FedEx the cassettes to you?? It's dneeleycsr@aol.com,
Thanks.
