I'm an online court reporting student trying to build speed and pass my tests. What is the best way to increase speed? I know that accuracy has to come first and I'm striving for cleaner notes everytime I practice. Does anyone have advice on the best way to increase speed and accuracy? My goal is to increase my speed 40wpm a semester. Any suggestions? Thanks
Hey Christine, just practice every day. I suggest about two hours a day in addition to the dictation you get during class time. I believe in quality over quantity when it comes to practicing. Also, use your realtime as a way to get instant feedback on what you're doing. And when you're done with your practice session, edit that session so you can get practice using Case CATalyst.
