Not according to Washington state and Oregon state reporters.  They have no problem getting paid in a timely manner.  The company I WAS working for says they have a contract with them and that they won't pay for 120 days because that's when Esquire pays.  A number of firms in North Carolina refuse to work with them at all.  Nightmare getting paid.   I think waiting for pay after complying with everything they want, then waiting for OVER four months to get paid for a job due in seven days or less is unacceptable.
