Why don't you just send a message to the Cover Depo group for the Bay Area? There are like 400 reporters there. Hit on the "Cover Depos" tab at the top of the main page. A map will appear with red dots for reporters from all over the country. Hit on the red dot for the area you want to get coverage. Join the group and then send your message. You know the routine from there.
