    Hi, Lisa. Well, it depends if you want to be a state official or a federal official. If you want to be a state official, you have to wait for a test to come up. Unfortunately, the test was given in April. If you want to be a federal official, you need your RPR. There are openings in the Eastern (Brooklyn) and Southern (Manhattan) Districts and you can apply for them now. Starting salaries are in the mid-70s and you get 5% additional for your RMR and 10% additional for your CRR if you have them.
