They're trying to get over on you! It only happened to me once where the attorney didn't need the transcript, and the agency said it happens like once every 15 years or just not very often. I was like so what does it mean? They decided to settle so I was paid based on how many pages I wrote, and I was paid my appearances plus half my page rate. Are they saying they're going to pay you anything?

Well, let me know who this was so I never work for them. I'm sure she still got paid something for providing them with the court reporter. Why should you get nothing? What about your appearance fee? They should be reported.

Did they at least tell you when they would be paying you, or are they just avoiding telling you? If this goes on longer, you might have to file suit.
