I didn't know you were training. How does captioning with voice and steno work? Are you using speech recognition software and realtime?

I use Voice Writing Method, and I took Bettye Keyes' Realtime University Courses I and II. It was very informative. I've been on realtime software for five years and have taken about a full week's worth of training on the software itself, but I learned things from Voice Writing Method that I never heard in training and that it never occurred to my simple mind to do.
